A note from Jim
Last August, I signed with Veranda Records in Sweden and traveled to Stockholm with my musical counterpoint, Samantha Yonack, to record with producer Lasse Marten (Shout Out Louds, Lykke Li and Peter Bjorn & John). Upon our arrival we were introduced to some of the most creative and talented musicians we had ever met. Before we even had time to write a postcard we had recorded over 20 brand new songs! We are so excited for you to hear the new music and have decided to precede our next album by releasing the Burn Me In My Boots EP on May 25th. Think of this as a teaser or a bridge to a place where none of us have ever been before. A place where plaid is worn like denim and all orange juice is fresh squeezed. A place called, Nextalbumland. We hope you can come celebrate the start of something very new and exciting for us! See you soon babycakes!
